That might be a tough ask from the Pirates, though. Temple will not shy away from the opportunity, as they attempt 39.3 percent of their shots at the rim. This should lead to free throws and better looks for Hofman and Picarelli from three, too.

The higher-tempo Owls will control the pace, eeking out a win over the Pirates (316th in adjusted tempo).
