Northwestern beat Maryland despite being outgained by forcing four turnovers. The Wildcats' formula for beating Bucky Badger will be the same, as turnovers and strong run defense will be necessary to stay in the game. Locke has looked solid, though, and the Badgers' ground game is really rolling. I won't let one win over a careless Terps team cloud my vision against the Wildcats' chances on Saturday.

The B1G Cats have given the Badgers trouble throughout the years, upsetting them last season and covering seven of the last ten meetings. Wisconsin will be out for revenge, which has been profitable for its bettors, as it is 11-6 SU and 12-5 ATS (70.6%) in those games since 2016. There is another betting trend that points towards a Badgers cover, too. Teams playing home conference games as underdogs of more than three points coming off a large upset win as double-digit road underdogs are 27-45 ATS (37.5%) since 2010.
