I like BC to beat UNC at home on Saturday after switching QBs. A road loss to SMU shouldn't deter bettors from siding with the Eagles. They showed guts in their comeback win versus Syracuse when they switched from ineffective Thomas Castellanos to redshirt junior Grayson James. He had a solid game against SMU last week, rushing for a 20-yard score and moving the football well enough through the air. The Eagles need to win once more to be bowl-eligible, and James gives them the best chance at securing that bowl bid.

UNC lost four straight games to winning teams (8-2 James Madison, 7-3 Duke, 7-3 Pitt and 6-4 Georgia Tech) before their three-game winning stretch, which came against 5-5 Virginia, 1-9 Florida State and 4-6 Wake Forest.

The spread is 3 to 3.5, with extra juice. I'm not laying the points with UNC (2-7-1 ATS this season), and I'm honestly confident BC will win straight-up, so I'll take the extra value and bet on the Eagles ML at +140!
