Arizona has too much offense for Washington to keep pace. It's too early in the season to determine that extra rest is an advantage for the home team, too. Brandon Pfaadt will be a solid pro, and Arizona clearly feels that way, recently signing the third-year pitcher to a five-year extension. He'll benefit from solid run support, but he'll play his role in limiting the Nationals' young bats, who produced seven total runs last series against Toronto.

The Diamondbacks are the more experienced, veteran ballclub — that's the side I'm wagering on in this matchup.
