Monday's game should be higher-scoring, as the Spurs should feel comfortable after upsetting the Warriors without their two leading scorers. Both players will probably play tomorrow, and while it's unlikely the Spurs will shoot over 50 percent from three again, their returns will boost the home squad. Aside from their long-range sharp-shooting, San Antonio also often got to the free-throw line (28 attempts) and scored 48 points in the paint. Golden State will be in for a challenge defensively in round two.

I also expect a better performance by the visitors in Monday's rematch. The Warriors can't afford to lose consecutive games to a non-playoff contender and should be healthy enough to outlast the Spurs. Klay Thompson (27 points) and Jonathan Kuminga (26 points) picked up the slack in Saturday's game, as Golden State attempted 29 free throws and scored 58 points in the paint. I anticipate the Dubs' reserves contributing more points tomorrow, as well.
