Two elite defensive squads will square off on Thursday in Beantown. While the Aztecs are known primarily for their defense, the Huskies get it done on both ends of the court. Will San Diego State lack the offensive punch to take control of the game?

UConn has been locked in since losing to Creighton on Feb. 20, covering eight of its last nine games with superb defensive play. The Huskies held eight of those teams under their team total by an average of 6.1 points. They went on a similar stretch during last season's NCAA Tournament, covering the spread in all six games and holding their opponents under their team total by 8.2 points.

That's a concerning statistic for San Diego State, as the Aztecs struggle from long range (301st in 3PT%), relying on offensive rebounds to put the ball in the basket.
