Griffin Canning has been a bit of a project, teasing Angels fans with upside but failing to sustain success. His first start of the 2024 season will be a challenge, as Baltimore is fired up and coming off an 11-run shellacking of LA on Opening Day. I'm betting the O's bats will come to life again after a day off on Friday, chasing Canning from the game early. With early run support, Grayson Rodriguez will shine, building off of his late-season success in 2023 (2-1 with a 2.64 ERA in August and 3-1 with a 2.17 ERA in September).

The Orioles ML is appropriately valued at -165, however, the real upside is on Baltimore RL (-1.5) at +114 odds. I'll swing for the value, as I feel confident the home squad has another large scoring output in the tank tomorrow.
