The Cardinals bounced back after a tough series against the Dodgers, winning two of three against the Padres. They allowed just 2.3 runs per contest against San Diego and now get to face a Marlins squad with an MLB-worst .285 slugging percentage and bottom five ranks in batting average and on-base percentage.

The Marlins, who are bottom-four in ERA, are 0-7. I don't believe they'll break their winless streak on the road at Busch Stadium with SP Ryan Weathers on the hill. This is St. Louis' first home game of 2024, and they have won three of their last four home openers.
