I'm very confident the under will cash at 8.5 in Monday's Dodgers-Twins game. LA is facing an unfamiliar arm in Minnesota SP Bailey Ober. The big right-hander has faced the Dodgers once in his career, holding them to one run in 6.0 IP last year. He didn't have his best stuff in his 2024 debut, but I'm banking on him bouncing back at home (3.30 ERA and 1.07 WHIP at home last season). Minny's bullpen has been lights out this season, as well (0.98 ERA and 0.87 WHIP).

Ober's counterpart James Paxton held San Francisco scoreless in five frames in his season debut. While he walked five in that outing, I feel confident he'll have better control of his stuff tomorrow against a Twins team struggling at the dish so far. Last season, Paxton faced Minnesota once, surrendering three runs on three hits in a 6.1-inning victory.

The under is 5-2 in Minnesota's games this season. It was 13-9 when the Twins had one day off and 25-19-2 in their interleague games last season. I'll bet on that outcome on Monday!
