I'm betting on negative regression for NY (6-1 SU in its last 7) and positive regression for LA (2-5 SU in its last seven). SP Yoshinobu Yamamoto has struggled against San Diego, allowing eight runs and two HRs allowed in two starts (6.0 total IP), but "looked the part" vs. the Cardinals and Cubs (zero runs on five total hits with 13 Ks in 10.0 combined innings). He should fare well against a Mets lineup slashing .227/.321/.346/.667 vs. right-handed pitchers (compared to .286/.348/.460/.808 vs. lefties).

Mets SP Sean Manaea looked fantastic in his first two starts, but unraveled in his last outing, allowing eight runs (six earned) on nine hits and three walks in 3.2 IP vs. KC. The Dodgers are due for a big breakout at the plate and are slashing .272/.339/.407/.746 vs. left-handed pitchers this season.

At +111 odds, I feel good about the value of a wager on the Dodgers to exercise their recent demons against the suddenly-hot Mets. Bet on the LA run line!
