Connor McDavid remains absent from the lineup and the Golden Knights are 27-7-3 at home this year. Vegas comes into this game with a lot of momentum after winning six in a row and the Oilers have struggled to score more than three goals in a game, accomplishing the feat only once in their last five games. Their defense and goaltending are a glaring weakness, as they have given up 4+ goals in four of their last five games. That is not a recipe for success, especially against a solid team like Vegas.
