Rutgers vs USC
(NCAAF) Scarlet Knights (RUT) vs. Trojans (USC),
Total: 56.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Loss
Both teams are on three-game losing streaks and both offenses have seen their production drop off from much stronger early-season success. Even though the Knights put up 32 on UCLA last week, it’s no great accomplishment and it’s the fourth time this season the Bruins have surrendered 32 or more. More troubling for the Knights, is them scoring just 35 combined in their previous three. I also think with a start time on the West Coast of 11p ET, there’s a great chance their offense won’t be hitting on all cylinders, at least early.

The Trojans tend to play better defensively at home, giving up just 18 ppg in LA vs 25 ppg on the highway. The Scarlet Knights are dealing with injuries to their wide receivers and tight ends which will make them lean heavily on running back Kyle Monangai, which will likely keep the clock running and limit scoring. With the Trojans blowing games late, we may see a more conservative approach late in the game if they're ahead.
