Panthers + over Seminoles- Florida State is supposed to have one of the top recruiting classes in the nation this year and they will need it as quarterback EJ Manual and other starts left for the NFL. They will be replacing Manuel with redshirt freshman Jameis Winston after he won the job in the spring. Pittsburgh meanwhile is making their ACC debut after departing from the Big East and will have two-year starter (at Rutgers) Tom Savage at the helm.
