Kansas now has a two-game lead in conference standings and are 10-3 1 ATS in their last 14 games overall. No. 20 West Virginia needs to show that they can defeat as quality team as six of their Big 12 wins have come against the bottom three teams in the conference. They did manage a 92-86 win as a 5-point dog last March over Kansas and need to do it once again. Take WEST VIRGINIA!
