Spartans (-) over Terrapins- The Maryland Terrapins have busted onto the Big Ten basketball scene in a huge way and have two victories over Michigan State this season once in double-overtime and the other a 75-59 crushing of the Spartans handing them their most lopsided loss of the year. Michigan State hasn't lost three times in a season to an opponent in the same season since 2003-04. It just seem odd that State is favored by Vegas when the are the Terps are the higher seed and own a superior record and have won twice against the Spartans and yet are underdogs. Michigan State is 7-2 ATS in their last nine against conference foes and Maryland is 2-5 ATS against teams with a winning percentage of .600 or better. Take the SPARTANS!
