Rays over Orioles- Not much was expected from the Rays this season but Baltimore was supposed to run away with the AL East and find themselves two games under .500 and in fourth place in the division. Tampa Bay meanwhile is 8-19 since their season high mark of 40-30 but will be starting their ace Chris Archer (9-7, 2.73 ERA) who is just 1-4 all-time against the Orioles.
