Carolina vs Denver
Broncos (+) over Panthers- I knew I had my side the moment the Championship games ended as Carolina rolled over Arizona and Denver squeaked by the Patriots. The general 'public' jumped on the Panthers early and the line moved to 6-points but now the 'smart' money is beginning to buy back. This game will come down to defense and both have it. The Broncos' are No.1 and it seems Carolina scores twice a game without the ball. (five times last two games) 'Big Game' experience will be a factor especially when the Panthers realize this is the 'game.' I like Denver to WIN! Take the BRONCOS every which way you want...DENVER!

Panthers/Broncos (UNDER)- These are the two top defenses from their respective conferences and points will be difficult to come by. We all see that Peyton Manning has trouble throwing the ball deep or with much zip and realize points with be at a premium if the Broncos are to have a chance to win. The last thing Denver wants is a shoot-out. A problem can occur here if the Carolina defense and special teams continue to score touchdowns when the don't even have the ball. I expect both sides to be conservative a for most of contest aware that one mistake cold be the difference. Play this game to stay UNDER!
