Rockies over Giants- It's hard to write about Colorado without making Trevor Story the story because of his incredible MLB debut which is still going on. As we are all aware Story has hit seven home runs in his first six games a record on all accounts to start a career and season. But, the real story here is the starting pitching as the Giants start Jeff Samardzija (0-0, 5.06 ERA) who is 2-0 with a 2.01 ERA against Colorado while Tyler Chatwood (1-0, 1.42) who is 3-2 with a 3.46 ERA lifetime against San Francisco.
