Panthers (-) over Buccaneers- It appears that the leagues MVP Cam Newton will be sidelined because of the NFL concussion protocol and Derek Anderson will get the start for Carolina. Tampa Bay of course will have Jameis Winston leading the way for the Buccaneers and the second year quarterback has struggled throwing eight interceptions in four games winning just once on opening day against Atlanta. The Panthers don't have the same 'mojo' as last season when the lost only one time and they have had problems on both sides of the ball. Coming off last weeks poor defensive performance allowing the Flacons 48 points and 503 yards passing I expect a huge effort here. Take CAROLINA!
