(NCAAB) Owls (KENN) vs. Miners (UTEP),
Point Spread: -3.50 | -115.00 Miners (UTEP) (Home)
Result: Loss
UTEP is a solid team, but is off a disappointing home loss to Jacksonville State two days ago. I see the Miners regaining their home fan support with a big effort here.

The Miners had won eight of their previous nine games before that defeat. One of those victories was an impressive, 72-70, road victory against Liberty nine days ago. UTEP was an eight-point underdog in that game. Kennesaw State is 3-7 in road/neutral site games.

UTEP gives up nearly seven points fewer per game than the Owls. The Miners also hold a huge edge when it comes to 3-pointers and turnovers. They rank 21st in the nation making 38.6 percent of their shots from beyond the arc. The Owls rank 337th in 3-point accuracy and are 264th defensively overall.

The Miners rank sixth in forcing the most turnovers per possession, while Kennesaw State rates among the worst in turning the ball over per possession.
