First off there is no wind factor. That's always the first look when getting involved in a Cubs total. 

Proceeding on to the starting pitchers, we have Shota Imanaga going for the Cubs. That's bad news for the weak-hitting Guardians, who rank 29th in batting average, 28th in OPS and 26th in runs. Cleveland has scored only eight runs in its last five games, failing to score in three of those games. 
Imanaga is a well above average pitcher with a 2.54 ERA and 1.03 WHIP. The Cubs' bullpen has the second-lowest ERA in the majors. 

It takes two to make an Under. I certainly respect the Cubs' offense. It's a top-four offense. But I believe Tanner Bibee and an above-average Guardians bullpen can keep the Cubs from scoring too many runs. 

Bibee has ace potential. He's starting to show that after a slow start. He's given up 3 or fewer earned runs in nine of his last 12 starts. Cubs batters are hitting a collective .118 against him. He has 17 strikeouts in his last two starts spanning 14 innings.
