The line seems off when you consider that the it has moved over five points from the opener, mainly on reports that the Pats will start their starting offense, including QB Jacoby Brissett, while the Eagles starting offense will have the night off. However, the Eagles are likely to give their defense plenty of time on the field as new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is implementing a new system, and we think that gives the Eagles a decent edge.
