20* Denver Broncos
I am taking the Denver Broncos as 6 point underdogs in Super Bowl 50 against the Carolina Panthers. Peyton Manning has been one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game of Football and he could very well be playing in his final game. You know how many past Hall of Famers went out with a Super Bowl win in the past, right? I believe you will see that again here in number 50. The Denver Broncos have an absolute shut down defense and they are going to stand up tall in this one. Cam Newton has been great this season and he will still make some plays, but the Panthers will be held to field goals on more than one occassion and as long as Peyton Manning takes care of the ball, unlike Carson Palmer, I believe Denver can pull this off. CJ Anderson and Ronnie Hillman are going to be key as well to help alieviate some pressure from Manning. Look for Manning to play it pretty safe but make a couple big plays and hit a few 20+ yard plays and for the ground game to rush for over 100 yards and then the defense will take care of the rest. I am going against the grain here, but I like Denver to win Super Bowl 50. Take the Broncos!
