Taking WEST VIRGINIA here. West Va opened as a dog and is now -1 or even 1.5 in some spots. You can find ML at -110, -115 around also. Arizona State is basically playing a home game 11 miles from their home field. Yet, ASU didn't rate as the proverbial -3 that is a base starter line for a home team. And they are now dogs. Wildcats opened up ranked in the Top 15 but finished 6-6. The defense gives up a bunch of yards which is good news for West Virginia since HC Dana Holgorson has a pretty good offensive attack.
