I'm stopping short in calling for an outright win, but I do think that Washington will keep this one competitive.

Washington lost 37-20 to Tampa in Week 1, but then it won 21-18 over the Giants in Week 2.

Cincinnati lost 16-10 to New England in Week 1, then fell apart and lost 26-25 at KC in Week 2.

Washington so far ranks fifth in running, while rookie QB Jayden Daniels has averaged 185 YPG.

Bengals' QB Joe Burrow had 258 yards passing and two TD's last weekend, but the Bengals' run defense has been terrible in allowing 160 YPG.

I say Washington has a legit shot at winning this one outright, but the official call is to grab as many points as you can.
