This is a 10* EAST-CONF TOW on the OVER Sabres/Devils.
I had a play on New Jersey yesterday on the puckline and it delivered the goods by a score of 4-1. The total stayed UNDER the number, but I'm anticipating a much higher-scoring affair here in Game 2 of this battle across the pond.
New Jersey got solid goaltending from Jacob Markstrom, but note that dating to late year the Sabres have seen the total go OVER the number in seven of their last ten in trying to avenge a road loss of two or more goals vs. an opponent.
Technically, this is a road game for each side, but it's still for sure a significant trend to take note of.
Yesterday's game picked up pace as it went along. With the rust now shaken off, I'm expecting a faster-paced affair here on Saturday morning.
