AAA's 10* NON-CONF TOTAL OF MONTH (HUGE NBA RUN CONTINUES!)
(NBA) Minnesota vs. Washington,
Total: 200.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
This is a 10* NON-CONFERENCE TOTAL OF THE MONTH on the OVER between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Washington Wizards.

Neither club has been lighting up the scoreboard of late, but for a number of different situational, motivational and trend based reasons, I believe this total will eclipse the posted number as the game comes down the stretch. To say this is a "revenge" game for the visitors would be a bit of an understatement I think, Minnesota has lost nine of its last ten visits to the Nation's capital. And the Wizards come in on a roll, they've won four straight and eight of nine overall, which includes going on a perfect 7-0 run in Washington by an average of 12.5 points. In fact, the Wizards are 12-2 overall at the Verizon Center so far this season after going 12-13 there last year. Most recently the Wiz would pull away for a 93-84 win over Utah on Sunday, Washington would score 25 points off 17 turnovers. And a date vs. the defensively inept Wolves is just what the doctor ordered to keep the win skein rolling, Minnesota is giving up an NBA-worst 115.6 PPG on the road. But the Wolves obviously won't be going down without a fight, they'll also be highly motivated here to atone for a somewhat listless 100-94 loss to the Lakers on Sunday. A bright spot in the setback was the play of Shabazz Muhammad who scored a career high-tying 28 points off the bench. You'll also want to track rookie Andrew Wiggins, who is finally starting to hit his stride, he's averaging 19.5 points over a four-game stretch, up considerably from his season mark of 12.8. And from a trend based stand point, they don't get much stronger than this, note that Minnesota has seen the total go OVER the number in eight of 14 vs. teams with winning records this season and in seven of ten overall on the road. And note that Washington has seen the total sail above the posted number in eight of its 14 home games this season and in ten of its 17 when playing the role of favorite. After taking all of the above factors into consideration, in my opinion all signs do indeed point to the OVER as the sharp move here.
