After suffering their first home los in six weeks, I look for the Clippers to bounce back and take their frustrations out on the lowly Jazz on Monday night. If history is any precedence then LA has to be liking its chances as its won 11 straight in the series. After beating Golden State on Christmas day, the Clippers would lose 110-98 to Toronto two days later: "It felt like we ran out of gas before the game even started," LA guard Chris Paul said afterwards. After a 1-12 stretch, Utah has won four of its last five, but note that three of their lastest victories have come over teams with losing records. And note that Utah is a poor 7-10 ATS in its last 17 after allowing 85 points or less, while LA is 26-17 ATS in its last 43 following an upset loss as a favorite. I think the writing is on the wall and a blowout is in the cards. How about you, do you think the home side will lay the hammer down as well, or can Utah keep this one closer than what the oddsmakers are leading us to believe?
