AAA's EARLY 10* *Nats/BoSox* BLOCKBUSTER!
(MLB) Washington vs. Boston,
Money Line: -110.00 Boston (Home)
Result: Win
This is a 10* BLOCKBUSTER on the Boston Red Sox.

Is it time to hit the panic button if you're a Nationals fan? Obviously not, but the team has opened the season with a few more questions than answers and I think that Justin Masterson and the Boston Red Sox are going to be able to capitalize this evening. Washington is just 2-5 to start the year and is coming off a 9-4 setback in Monday's series opener, the Nats would go 0 for 6 with runners in scoring position. Let's not kid ourselves, Washington is loaded with offensive talent and it's just a matter of time until these guys get untracked, but I don't expect that to happen over night, it'll be a gradual process before its starts to show some overall chemistry. Conversely, the 5-2 Red Sox have hit the ground running to open the 2015 season, scoring six runs five times already. Masterson is 1-0 with a solid 3.00 ERA to start the season as well, he'd open with a 6-2 victory over Philadelphia, giving up two runs off three scattered hits with seven K's over six innings of work. Note that Masterson faced the Nationals in June 2013, giving up one run and two hits with ten strikeouts over seven innings in his teams eventual 2-1 victory. The visitors counter with Stephen Strasburg (0-1, 5.06 ERA) who gave up six runs off nine hits over 5 2/3's innings in his teams 6-3 home loss to the Mets on Thursday. When I look at this match-up, I give the slight nod to Masterson on the bump, I give the slight nod to the Red Sox at the plate and with those two major factors working in its favor, there's no question that BOSTON offers fantastic value in this spot.
