AAA's WORLD-FAMOUS RUN-LINE DESTRUCTION!
(MLB) NY Mets vs. NY Yankees,
Point Spread: 1.50 | -170.00 NY Mets (Away)
Result: Loss
This is an 8* RUN-LINE DESTRUCTION on the New York Mets.

A couple of red-hot hurlers face off in the rubber-match of the Subway series and in a game which I believe is going to be decided late or in extra innings, I have no problem whatsoever in laying the price for the extra 1.5 runs of insurance. The Mets 11-game win streak ended with a 6-1 loss on Friday, but the visitors would bounce back with an impressive 8-2 win yesterday. They have to be feeling pretty confident in a repeat performance by sending Jonathan Niese (2-0, 1.50 ERA) to the hill, the right-hander looks to hold an opponent to two earned runs or fewer for the eighth consecutive start, he's gone 3-1 with a 1.62 ERA over his last seven games dating back to last year (and note that Niese is 1-1 with a 2.05 ERA in four career starts vs. the Yankees). The home side counters with Nathan Eovaldi (1-0, 3.12 ERA), who is coming off his best start since being acquired in an offseason trade with Miami, giving up one run and scattering eight hits over seven innings of a 5-2 win at the Tigers on Tuesday; note though that Eovaldi gave up five runs over 10 1/3's innings over his first two starts and was a brutal 0-1 with a 7.15 ERA in two starts vs. the Mets last year. A great situational play in my opinion, lay the price on the METS on the RUN-LINE.
