The Nationals hand the ball to Tanner Roark who would get shelled for five runs over 6 2/3's innings, fortunate to earn a no-decision vs. the Brewers on Thursday. Note that he would need to throw a season high 101 pitches in the outing as well. And unfortunately for Roark, a date on the road is not what the doctor ordered to get untracked, while he's 1-0 with a respectable 2.92 ERA at home, he's just 1-2 with a pedestrian 4.02 ERA on the road. The home side counters with Alex Colome, who despite taking a 6-2 loss to the Angels on Thursday, was solid in allowing just one earned run in 5 1/3's innings, while striking out four batters. And Colome has to be feeling pretty confident in bouncing back today as he's 2-1 with a respectable 3.71 ERA in front of the home town crowd so far this year. All in all, I think we're getting very fair value on the home side in this match-up, lay what I deem to be a very reasonable price on the RAYS.
