This is a 10* play on the UNDER between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Indiana Pacers.

The bottom line: The 76ers are winless on the year and shoddy defensive play has been the main culprit. The Pacers are just 3-4 and have also been plagued by inconsistent defensive play.
