This is a 10* play on the OVER between the Toronto Raptors and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The bottom line: OKC has surprisingly played to five straight UNDERs, including in eight of its last ten. Toronto has also struggled with offensive consistency, coming into this one having seen the total go UNDER in two straight. We think the value has now swung the other way though, this line is just a little bit low, play the OVER.
