INTERLEAGUE TOTAL "ART OF THE GAME!"
(MLB) Pittsburgh vs. Boston,
Total: 8.00 | -105.00 Over
Result: Win
This is an 8* TOTAL ART OF THE GAME on the UNDER between the Pitsburgh Pirates and the Boston Red Sox.

For the most part MLB handicapping comes down to the starting pitching. With these two competent hurlers going head-to-head on Wednesday night, runs are going to be at a premium.

Jameson Taillon: He was 5-4 with a 3.38 ERA last year. In his final tune-up in spring, he'd give up one run over three frames against the hard-hitting Jays on Friday. To go along with his highly respectable ERA last season, Taillon also posted a 1.12 WHIP and 85:17 K:BB ratio over 104 innings.

Chris Sale: He was 17-10 with a 3.34 ERA last year. Sale gave up six hits and a walk while striking out six over five innings in a win over the Twins in his final spring tune-up on Sunday. Over 21 spring innings he's struck out 26 and walked just two.

The bottom line: Barring disaster, these two pitchers will both finish in the top ten in production this year. All signs point to a classic "duel," play the UNDER.
