Joe Biagini: He's 2-6 with a 4.45 ERA and 1.18 WHIP. Biagini most recently gave up four runs off seven hits and a walk while striking out five over 5.2 innings in a 7-5 win over the Rangers on Wednesday. Biagini has been inconsistent this year as well, but note that he does own a very respectable 2.93 ERA in front of the home town crowd.
The bottom line: Baltimore is just 25-25 (-1.4 units) against right-handed starters this year, while Toronto is 31-26 (+1.8 units) against right-handed starters. Lay the price with confidence, play on the JAYS.
