Wichita St has a very quick team, especially with Ron Baker, they have shown in the tourney that they can move the ball up and down the court vs anyone they face. Fred VanVleet is very tough to cover, with his confidence and his scoring touch. The biggest challenge here for the Irish, is the fact that Wichita State has the advantage of experience on their side. Notre Dame is no slouch with their star, Jerian Grant, they are a team that can move the ball also. They are an aggressive team, with excellent penetration to the rack. And with Pat Connaughton from deep, they have a very strong deep game. Notre Dame comes into the game squeaking by in their opening 2 games. I look for a high scoring game and NOTRE DAME to shoot their way to a victory and get a win for their head coach who lost his mother this past week.
