5*
(MLB) San Francisco vs. LA Dodgers, 06/19/2015 6:10 PM, Score: 9 - 5
Money Line: -151.00 LA Dodgers (Home)
Result: Loss
After throwing a no-hitter, Heston would go five innings, giving up two earned runs in a loss to the Diamondbacks on Sunday. Heston owns a 4-1 road record, despite a pedestrian 4.38 ERA on the road this year. The rookie will be opposed by Mike Bolsinger (4-1, 2.25 ERA) who is coming off a shaky outing, giving up two earned runs over 4 2/3's innings off of six hits his last outing.
Bolsinger would strike out seven, but also walk three in the rare sub-par effort. Bolsinger though has to be feeling pretty confident in a bounce back today as he's gone a perfect 4-0 with a sparkling 1.01 ERA in front of the home town crowd this year. I think this sets up as a classic letdown spot for the Giants young hurler, back-to-back decent efforts and now having to throw in the unfriendly confines of Chavez Ravine opposite a proven home side winner. Lay the juice and play the LA Dodgers on Friday night.
