The Hawks are coming off a SU loss a situation in which they are 5-0 ATS. They've only played this new conference opponent once, which was lat year, and they lost to them. Their vaunted defense had not allowed over 50% shooting in any of their first 26 games but in their last 4 they allowed 56.6% vs Davidson and in their last game a mind-numbing 63.5%! The Dukes have lost 8 in a row and failed to cover back-to-back games and 4 of the last 6 and we can clearly see them working on some new wrinkles for the upcoming A-10 tourney. A huge match-up edge is Duquesne fires up more 3 pointers than every other conference foe and they are #24 in the NCAA and not only is St Joe's #1 in the A-10 in 3-pt defense they are #15 in the country. Finally six seniors play their final game at Hagan Arena and that means at little more when it includes the teams #1, #3 and #6 scorers.
