AAA's MLB BIG-CHALK CHOKE-OUT (LAY IT & CASH IT!)
(MLB) Chi White Sox vs. NY Yankees,
Money Line: -182.00 NY Yankees (Home)
Result: Win
This is a 5* BIG-CHALK CHOKE-OUT on the New York Yankees.

The Yanks have the American League's best record in day games this year (26-16) and guess what? The White Sox have the worst. It will be an emotional start for the Pinstripes as the organization retires Hall Of Fame manager Joe Torre's number before the first pitch. The home side turns to Hiroki Kuroda (8-8, 3.97 ERA) who has quietly been turning things around on the mound; most recently Kuroda would retire 17 straight batters, ultimately giving up two runs over 6 2/3's innings in his team's 4-2 win at Tampa Bay on Sunday. Note that he's 2-2 with a respectable 3.43 ERA in six career outings vs. Chicago. With the Yanks now within striking distance, sitting just 3 1/2 games out of the AL's second wild card spot, the vistors' Scott Carroll (5-7, 4.99 ERA) will definitely have his hands full today; Carroll has been the very definition of a "gas can" since the All-Star break, he's 1-2 with a 6.91 ERA in five outings. A plethora of advantageous factors collide making this a price I can live with paying; play on NEW YORK.
