Two struggling teams meet in Philadelphia as the Nuggets will pay visit to the 76ers. The Nuggets have lost nine of 10 coming in. The 76ers have been pretty of late themselves with seven losses in nine games. Neither team has been able to score a lot of points lately but with a matchup with struggling teams, I would expect more execution.
Here are my keys to the game:
Poor defensive play on both sides- The Nuggets and the Sixers each allow over 100 points per game to opponents this season. Both teams will be licking their chops at each other's defensive game.
Nuggets shooting bounce back- Denver was held to season worst 33.3 shooting percentage on Thursday and followed it up with a 35.5% effort at Memphis the game after. This can't last on this team with so many good players like Wilson Chandler and Ty Lawson. The 76ers are 3-32 versus West opponents since Jan. 6, 2014 and is a beatable opponent.
X-Factor- The Nuggets best offensive player is averaging 16.5 points per game but only eight during a cold stretch.
This is a play on the OVER between Denver and Philadelphia (8*)
