Point Spread: 1.50 | -178.00 Oakland (Away)

The Oakland A's are 5-5 in their last 10 games, and they've been flirting with .500 over the past month. They wrap up a three game series in San Francisco Sunday, and I like their chances as a big underdog against a struggling pitcher.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Pitching - Tim Hudson will be on the mound for the Giants, and he's looking like his best days are behind him. Hudson (5-8, 4.76 ERA) gave up three runs on five hits and four walks in four innings in a loss to the Padres in his last outing. He was roughed up for five runs on 10 hits over 6.2 innings in a home loss to Colorado before that. The A's counter with Kendall Graveman who is 4-2 with a 2.44 ERA in eight starts on the road.
2: Trends - The Athletics are 8-3 in their last 11 road games vs. a right-handed starter.
3. X-Factor - The Giants are 1-5 in Hudsons last 6 starts as a favorite of -110 to -150.
Selection: this is a play on the Oakland A's +1.5 (8*)
