The Kansas City Chiefs host the Tennessee Titans in Week 3 of the pre-season this Friday, in what should be a dress rehearsal for both teams. The Chiefs are a big favorite, but I like the visitors getting points here as the Titans have been impressive offensively in their first two games.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Quarterbacks - Marcus Mariota is coming off a fantastic training camp, and he looked great last week after a disappointing performance in Week 1. The rookie threw for 59 yards on 5-of-8 passing, and he threw what should have been a TD if it wasn't for a drop in the endzone by Dexter McCluster. Zach Mettenberger also impressed, throwing for 91 yards and a TD on 7-of-9 passing.
2. Coaching Philosophy - Andy Reid has never been known to put much stock in winning pre-season games, with a career record of 30-36.
3. X-Factor - The last time these two teams faced each other, the Titans stunned the Chiefs in Week 1, winning 26-10 at Arrowhead last September.
