The Detroit Pistons lost 101-96 to the Clippers at Staples Center yesterday, and they'll take the court in the very same arena tonight for a game against LA's other team. The Lakers will try to drive up the tempo in a bid to improve their chances of recording just their second win of the season, and I think that will lead to a high-scoring tilt in L.A. tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. The Lakers' Defense - Los Angeles has allowed 106.2 points per game so far this season for one of the worst marks in the NBA. It has held opponents to less than 100 points just twice through nine games and has the second worst rebounds allowed in the league at 48.9 which could spell trouble here as Detroit has been phenomenal under the basket this season.

2. Andre Drummond - The 22 year old is coming into this game in search of a 10th consecutive double-double. He should get plenty of opportunities from the foul line in a game that is likely to go down to the wire.

3. X-Factor - The over is 5-1 the in Lakers last six at home.
