*8* play on Toronto Raptors.
The Raptors beat Brooklyn by a score of 91-74 on Wednesday, and they will be in Washington looking for a third consecutive victory over the Wizards tonight. Washington is all banged up, and is coming off a 121-115 loss to the Cavs, and only has one win in it's last five games. My money is on the visitors as a small favorite.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Raptors have a solid record on the road this year, going 11-9. They beat the Wizards in Washington in November, and Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan combined to score 47 points in that game. DeRozan scored 34 points in a home win over the Wizards at the end of December.
2. Jonas Vananciunas - Toronto's center scored a season high 22 points in the win over the Nets. He's been working his way back into the lineup after missing 17 games in November and December.
3. X-Factor - The Wizards are dealing with injuries to Bradley Beal, Kris Humphries, Alan Anderson and Drew Gooden.
Selection: This is a play on the Toronto Raptors (8*)
