*8* MONEY-LINE SURE SHOT on the New England Patriots.
The New England Patriots faced the NFL's hottest team last week, and they crushed the Kansas City Chiefs. The game ended with a final scored of 27-20, but the Chiefs were never really in the game, and a last minute meaningless TD made the game look closer than it actually was. The Broncos struggled at home against a banged up Steelers team, but still managed to "win ugly". I don't like Denver's chances here against a much better New England team.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Quarterbacks - Peyton Manning is back under center for the Broncos, but that might not be a good thing. He threw for 222 yards and no TDs last week, and he's thrown just one TD and eight INTs at home this season. Brady threw for 302 yards and a pair of TDs in the win over the Chiefs last week, and he threw for 280 yards and three TDs in an overtime loss at Denver earlier this season.
2. Julian Edelman - The Patriots leading receiver didn't play when these teams met in Denver during the regular season. He returned last week, and caught 10 passes for 100 yards.
3. X-Factor - Tom Brady is 11-5 all time in head to head meetings with Peyton Manning.
Selection: This is a play on the New England Patriots ML (8*)
