The New York Rangers will take on the Devils at MSG tonight, in a match-up between on of the league's best offenses (New York), and of the worst (New Jersey). Only the Anaheim Ducks have scored fewer goals than the Devils, and because of that we see a super low total in tonight's game. My money is on the over.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous History - Seven of the last 10 meetings in this series have seen at least five goals scored. The Rangers have seen at least five goals scored in eight of their last nine overall. The Devils have seen less than five goals scored just twice in their last seven overall.

2. Rangers Defense - The Blue Shirts could be without veteran defenseman Ryan McDonagh, who left the last game after being punched by Flyers forward Wayne Simmonds. McDonagh is questionable to return tonight. "When you lose your captain, a guy like Mac, it's tough," Keith Yandle said. "The emotions were really high and we wanted to go out there and really have his back. Finding a way to get the two points is huge."

3. X-Factor - The Over is 6-1-2 in Rangers last nine home games.
