*10* ATS BLOOD-BATH on Oklahoma.
BIG12 rivals Oklahoma and Texas will square off in Norman on Monday, and the Sooners are still hanging on to the top spot in the national polls. Texas is coming in hot though, winners of seven of eight overall. I think the Longhorns might be biting off a bit more than they can chew, on the road versus #1 Oklahoma.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - Oklahoma has won four straight in this series, covering the spread in three of those four wins. Both teams are 7-3 in the BIG12, but Oklahoma has just three losses all season. One of those came in their last game, and I like the nation's #1 to bounce back with a big game at home tonight.
2. Buddy Hield - The senior guard is averaging over 25 points per game this season, ranking second nationally in scoring. He scored 23 points in a losing effort against Kansas State on Saturday, but he's been at his best in the marquee games against top tier teams. He scored 46 points against Kansas, 32 points against LSU, and 30 at home versus Texas Tech on January 26.
3. X-Factor - Isaiah Taylor is the Longhorns leading scorer averaging 15.3 points per game, but he's averaged just 6.5 points per game on 8-of-35 shooting in four games against the Sooners.
Selection: This is a play on the Oklahoma Sooners (10*)
