At 8:07pm ET, my Center Ice Report is on Nashville. After a slow start, the Predators have found their groove. They began the season with five straight losses but have Predators have now earned at least a point in five of their last six games. Off Saturday's 5-2 win over the Avalanche, Nashville will face a team it typically has success against. The Predators are 7-3 their last 10 against the Kings. The Kings have played well at home this season but not so much on the road. The Predators have one of the best penalty killing units in the NHL (tied with Rangers at 91.2%) and the Kings are having real trouble on the power-play. The Predators take to the road after this and are going to really want full points before leaving. Play on Nashville.
