Washington's been playing better over the last month or so, but I don't think the extra time off here is going to help with its chemistry. Especially on the road against a Grizzlies team which averages 111.6 PPG, while conceding 110.8. Memphis is coming off a SU loss, but it's 5-1 ATS in its last six following an ATS setback. I can't trust the Wizards on the road, but Memphis comes in as healthy as it's been in a long time. I'm laying the points!
