Likely a lot the public money is going to be on the A's tonight, but hey, the public wins 50 percent of the time as well. And after their three-game win streak was snapped, I think this is a favorable starting pitching matchup to bounce back on for the visiting side. The A's see ace Chris Bassitt (10-3, 3.31 ERA) take the hill, while Logan Gilbert (4-2, 3.50) counters for the M's. Bassitt has been great on the road and I think that Gilbert is primed for regression. This line could/should in fact be much larger in my opinion; the play is the A's!
